Before modern medicine, there were plenty of remedies for any and everything that ails you; that hasn’t changed. You can start where you are, with what you have. From using steam to stop a cough to using Ginger to ease your stomach —you know more than you think you know.
What makes your products different?
I spent years studying, testing, and perfecting all of my products and their ingredients. My products are for everything and everyone. I made decisions for this line using a list of ‘pros and cons’. I made my products free of things I didn’t like or wouldn’t use on myself, and added the things I loved. This line is designed to replenish the skin and keep it healthy. The skin is the largest organ on the body —it needs nutrients too!
What does Omni Black mean?
It all started when I created the Super Black Soap; I made it for everything and everyone. That idea carried into my brand; I thought, what can represent me and the skin I’m in? Omni means everything, so I’m saying “ all black everything”. This brand is about honoring us —it’s about culture. I love seeing my brand fit into such a powerful demographic.
What’s special about your ingredients?
I looked all over the world for high-quality, natural ingredients that actually work. My ingredients are safe for you, for infants, for the elderly, and for those with sensitive skin.
Audrey's Cabinet is committed to providing safe, high-quality products made with the best natural ingredients available. There are no artificial fragrances; my products smell how they naturally should and give you the option of adding your own fragrances. I use natural preservatives to maintain freshness without pumping my products full of the harmful chemicals commercial skincare products use.
How is your packaging different?
The amber glass is like sunglasses for your products —natural ingredients thrive in this type of container. It would have been easy to use clear plastic or clear glass, but it wouldn’t have been the best option for my products. I want my customers to experience the same level of quality I want for myself.
I picked the best ingredients with love and care —the packaging had to match AND withstand everyday use. My bottled products come with locking tops to prevent spilling and ridges for better grip; my oils have an adjustable, pointed nozzle; my salve comes with an application spatula; and my containers come with seals.
