Shipping & Processing Times:

At this time, Audrey’s Cabinet’s products are all made by hand. We ask that you allow 7-20 business days for us to process your order. Shipment updates rely on individual carriers and unfortunately can not be predicted by us. Most items are available and ready, making processing times drastically reduced. However, we ask for this allotted time to ensure complete orders we can stand by. If there are any delays our support team will reach out to you via email. Please ensure that you enter correct contact information at checkout for this reason.

 Our customer service team would be happy to update and confirm receipt of payment and order details, and progress notifications. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience.


Our Return Policy


Audrey’s Cabinet  is committed to safety and education. Due to the intimate nature of our Omni Black Luxury Skin Care Line and our commitment to sanitation and health first— There are NO RETURNS. We strongly suggest reviewing our ingredients before purchase. It will be our team’s pleasure to assist you with any questions you may have concerning products or ingredients.  We are here to assist you in building your medicine cabinet.

 We apologize for this inconvenience. Therefore we do allow a REFUND or EXCHANGE under the following conditions: 


A REFUND request was submitted via email for accidental duplicate orders within 24 hours of purchase.

  1. UNLESS order has been packed, processed and shipped. Once an order has been processed , All refunds are subject to a one time  per refund - $15 processing fee.  This fee will be paid by the customer. This fee will be deducted from the order’s total balance. Refund time is dependent upon the customer's Banking institution accepting the refund request.

  1. AN EXCHANGE can be granted within 24 hrs of purchase. Where an order can be altered from one item to another. (Unless order has already been processed and shipped.)

    1. This does not apply to removing items from original order without an adding of another. 

    2. This does not apply to our “Omni Black Everything Gift Sets”. Set items are not interchangeable at this time. All products are made by hand. Furthermore, please allow 7-20 business days for orders to be completed. Most items are available and ready so times can be drastically reduced. However, we ask for this time to ensure complete orders we can stand by. If there are any delays our support team will reach out to you via email.
